Pull up a stool at the bar, grab a seat on the covered porch, or wander the sprawling grounds at Norwin Elks Lodge #2313 on Elks Lane in Irwin, PA, and you'll understand pretty quickly why this place earns a 4.6-star rating across 128 reviews. Bartender Michelle is a local legend for a reason. The kitchen turns out food that people actually drive for. And the staff greets you like they've been expecting you.

The Lodge isn't just for card-carrying Elks. Travelers passing through have camped here on road trips from D.C. to Michigan. Families have shown up for Father's Day car shows and stayed three hours longer than planned. The property is big enough to host events that feel genuinely festive, with a porch that makes a summer evening feel like the right reward for a long week.

This is the kind of place that operates on handshakes and home-cooked pride. The Elks tradition of community service runs deep in Westmoreland County, and Lodge #2313 lives that out in the events it hosts, the neighbors it supports, and the door it keeps open to anyone who wants to walk through it.

What We Offer

The Lodge restaurant is a real draw, not an afterthought. Expect hearty, well-priced meals served by people who know your name by the second visit. The full bar is staffed by experienced hands who take their craft seriously.

Beyond the dining room, Lodge #2313 offers a large, well-maintained property suited for car shows, community fundraisers, holiday celebrations, and private events. Camping access has made the Lodge a welcome stop for travelers moving through western Pennsylvania, offering a friendly and affordable overnight option with a meal included.

Membership in the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks opens the door to a national network of over 800,000 members, local scholarship programs, veterans' support initiatives, and regular social events right here on Elks Lane. Whether you're a longtime member or just curious, the Lodge welcomes inquiries and visits.

"They had Elkstock.. an out door event that non members could attend. The music was great!! The venue beautiful! The inside bar would not wait on us..and it wasn't busy...so we let bought some waters and came back.. they had 2 food trucks..one was Fork and Hearth pizza...My friend went to order..they said..it would be a half hour..so..I went over ordered..PAID..and got a thing that lights up when it's ready. When it went off..my friend went over to pick up the pizza..and they told him $18.00..I saw him pay for it!! I ran over and the guy immediately gave me my $$$ back..I gave him a 20 also saying keep the change.. I was so angry! So..while I did enjoy the music.. I will bring my own food and snacks next time.. The pizza was small and not that great."

A Proud Heritage

The Elks gave America
Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
